An alumni of the University of Wisconsin and the Art Center College of Design (where he graduated cum laude, thankyouverymuch). Bill has nearly 20 years experience in design, illustration and advertising. Working for clients from American Express to the NBA to PepsiCo, he has designed numerous award-winning campaigns for some of the world's best-known brands.
With early experience in the entertainment industry, designing movie posters and album covers for greats like Stevie Wonder and Elvis Presley, Bill brings some star power to Agency Orange. He's created marketing graphics for major events like the Grammy Awards, the Playboy Jazz Festival, and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. And as a sports enthusiast, he enjoyed developing identities for NBA teams like the Warriors, as well as NBA All Star Game Promotions, and more. His extensive portfolio also includes packaging and retail environments for Mattel and PepsiCo, for whom he designed the "Pop Art" packaging for all Pepsi paper good brands, worldwide. And of course, with close proximity to Silicon Valley, Bill also boasts an impressive list of tech clients, including Whitelight Systems, Adaptec, and Silicon Graphics.
When he's not busy being an award-winning, a**-kicking advertising expert, he acts like a regular guy and hangs out with his 2 dogs, Harley and Indie, or connects with his three kids aged 18, 13, and 11. He also likes to get his adventure on, snow boarding and riding bikes. But not at the same time.

During his second year at CCAC (now California College of Art), the Dean of Design pulled Nick aside and told him the field of Design required attention to detail and focus—not cocktails and late night dates. Although he experienced momentary disillusionment about his chosen field, he bounced back, and then some.
Twenty years later, Nick has executed work in every creative format, across industries including international and domestic telecom, finance, automotive, heath care, government, technology, law and food services. His areas of expertise include brand creation and development, managing creative design and leading teams from concept to project completion. Over the years, he's produced corporate identity, designed for the interactive space, produced print design and supervised press, designed multimedia presentations and built trade show materials for many fortune 500 companies. In 2002, Nick opened McNeil Design, where he broadened his corporate focus to include some areas of personal interest: the wine industry and green products and services. Here at Agency, he acts as lead company liaison for development, ensuring the continued growth and stability of client relationships. Despite all this professional achievement, Nick maintains that his most inspired products are his daughter, Margaux, a creative-in-training, and his son, Liam, a destroyer of everything in his path.
Nick's prior experience includes a position as Creative Director at Cambridge Technology Partners/Novell, leading a creative team and developing multi-million dollar web installations for clients like Honda and Vodafone. Under his direction, the creative department executed design solutions that focused on user experience, brand attributes and viable business solutions.
He also worked for Haggin Marketing as an ACD, specializing in strategic design on the Dell account.
When he's not tearing through creative work he's trashing junkers on the raceway as a driver in The 24 Hours of LeMons, a mock tribute to the Gallic 24 Hours of Le Mans in France. The team tears up the track in a 1984 Volvo sporting the Gulf Racing Team colors.
Nick earned a BFA in Graphic Design from California College of Art in 1989.

Like many writers, Jamie began her writing career with great literary aspirations, earning a BA and an MFA in Poetry. Also like many writers, she soon became jaded and grumbled about paying the bills. After teaching Creative Writing 101 to undergrad students, debating literary theory for hours on end and spending 4 years writing a thesis, she decided to change course.
Thus, she embarked on an adventure in advertising. And she discovered that her love of language and skill at dissecting ideas would pay off in a realm where success meant clever creative concepts built on sound strategic ideas. 15 years later, she’s the owner of her own copywriting business, serving the world’s biggest and brightest brands, from Apple and Dell to Levi and Yahoo!, Visa and Wells Fargo to Verizon and Suzuki.
With experience in fields from high-tech and finance to telecom and education, her years in the business have helped her become an extremely versatile and agile asset to any creative team. In recent years, Jamie also indulged her love of fine food—both eating it and writing about it—by serving as The North Bay Dining Editor for AOL Digital City. She also authors a popular blog, Cheese ‘N’ Things, in her spare time.
Prior to opening her business, Jamie worked as a copywriter at Brann (now Euro RSCG), and Fusion DM (now a division of Publicis Dialog).
Jamie earned a BA in Creative Writing from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College (now Randolph College) and an MFA in Poetry from San Francisco State University.
